oh my goodness when i scrolled i was so enamored by the pictures that i had to pause at each one and marvel at the detail ;; the way they're all connected and lead into each other was so natural and wonderful to read. i love how it's both quite abstract but still vivid, AND GAH WHEN MOCHI TORE IT? ME: OH MY GOD!!!!!!! each premise was beautifully written/drawn and it was so rewarding to reach the end. your hard work really shined <333

the!!! ending!!!

i really love the concept of alternate universes yall put in here, being background at first but becoming very real after the fight. the concept of trying to find a version of someone you love but always finding one that's somewhat off or none at all - is so frustrating and a little horrifying and i could feel those emotions coming through the words, and then the last one, when he's about to leave again...oh man, there's so much feeling in here. the art too is amazing, like even with the different styles it all feels very cohesive while reading through! great job!

AHHHH the visuals of this are seriously, incredibly stunning! I love the contrast of the red against the dark background, winding through the piece and connecting it all (and the intricate patterns on it, simply incredible). Each piece of art complements the writing so well and I can feel the story being told in each one. I also really love the use of the little text boxes for each snippet - it felt like I was peeking through a small window into each pocket of time/space, marvelling at it before inevitably moving on to the next piece.

I'm really amazed by the cohesive presentation of this, so really, well done!! The story itself was also a gentle punch to the gut and AHHH, I'm glad for the bittersweet ending softening the blow ;w; great job team kuraryou, your hard work really shows!! <333

The art for this is absolutely stunning! I really loved the flow of the entire work, how the ribbon ran from top to bottom, the placement of the text and the pictures!! The story had an interesting plot device I hadn't considered/seen before. I was very wary of reading something with TAGS OMITTED, but I'm glad it wasn't anything too bad.
Good job on the entry, and thank you for all your hard work!!

This was really amazing!! I honestly don't know the characters very well but I loved the setting and their interactions were great. I made a sad, broken sound near the end when the big reveals happened and I'm SO glad it had a happy ending!

The mechanics of this entry are Really impressive! I loved the thread tying everything together and all of the art. Very nicely done, team!

You guys have some fantastic visuals. Each of your artist's styles are so distinct and beautiful!!! I love the idea of the red ribbon bringing it all together, leading from one part to the next. Dividing the words up in boxes really complemented the story and its alternate universes, and the way you changed the text box colours for Kuramochi and Ryousuke didn't go unnoticed either. (pink-green team... i get u)

There's a clear concept here, beautiful writing, and A+++ presentation. I'm so impressed!!!

AAAHHHHHH!!!!

I haven't read any Daiya fics since I haven't completed the manga or anime yet but reading this was so heart-warming! I loved the artwork and the fairy tale-like presentation! It was wonderful to go through the space-time continuum with the characters too. And it all connected in the end too.

Something very new I tried and LOVED IT! A very beautifully-presented piece! ^o^

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HARD WORK!

Ah, what a heartbreaking scenario-- I became way too invested in this working out! The concept of parallel universes and just blipping through them like that was very well-executed in this format! The art was also great across the board-- differing styles but connected thematically very sharply! I really liked the presentation of this one!

This is such a beautiful entry! You picked a really cool way to mix media. :) The tone of the writing was great, matter-of-fact but still bittersweet, and the way you reveal that he's a jumper is so good... You can really feel the accumulated weight of each of those lives. And the art is SO NICE! The colours are perfect, and I loved how the little vignettes were strung out over the red thread.

Great job, and thanks for sharing!!

WOW! I've only read a couple chapters of Daiya so I don't really go here, but I'm so glad I pulled this entry for my voting pool all the same! This is absolutely beautiful and tugged at my heartstrings real nice, and the formatting is GENIUS. I got goosebumps towards the end. Thank you for all your hard work on this gorgeous entry! You sould all be very, very proud of what you created here.

I just... I'm at a friend's house and I couldn't stop myself from crying, they had to bring me some water because I looked pretty pityful and I don't even remember the last time I cried for daiya no ace.
Anyway, I'm so so proud of all your work here I don't even know how to explain how much I enjoyed it. The story is a stab on the heart that fills you with bitter joy, I loved it and I read it a couple of times just to have these feelings over and over again. The sadness and emptiness around Kuramochi is palpable and real, when he jumps away from such a nice world it feels sad but right enough that you couldn't argue his decision. The ending gives back a little joy and hope, enough to make my heart feel joyful again.
The art and background are in such a good combination with the story, it doesn't even feel as if you should pause between the "chapters" because every piece of art works more like a hook. I loved the colours, the feeling of something missing in the last two drawings, the little previews we had of the worlds that Kuramochi visited...
I'm just so happy for this I don't really know what to say more.
Hope my english isn't that bad!

OKAY i have seen six episodes total of daiya in my lifetime so far so i know very little about these two which...certainly adds more to the mystery of youichi but i still really enjoyed this story! the quality and variety of art from your team throughout the piece is stunning, clearly there is a lot of talent involved here - I loved the demonstration of how many times Youchi jumped (the flowers in the window, gravestone, and youkai ones are my favorites in particular)! The red ribbon like a red thread, but also impaling Youchi when he jumps!! His return at the end still makes me smile despite the angst - I really enjoyed this.
